What is Tantra Yoga?

Tantra yoga is a very spiritual path of yoga. The practice helps you to explore your subtle energies and your connection to the whole. It deepens your relation to yourself, to nature and to the universe to understand the principles of union in new dimensions. 

Tantra yoga assists you to examine your tensions, listen deep to your needs and become more self-aware.

In this style of teaching we travel through our chakras, feel into our emotions and stuck energies, releasing them gently through soft movements and meditative asanas, breath work, mantras, energy work, meditation and total relaxation.

Feel with all your senses

I highly encourage you to wear a blindfold once you are familiar with the exercises. Being blind opens up all your other senses and allows you to really tune into the subtle world of energies. This experience is going to take you to a whole new level.

Our body as our temple

Our body being our temple yoga keeps its maintenance.
Its practice is grounding and connects you to the power of the earth. Different Asanas give your body strength and flexibility at the same time while the use of visualizations opens you up to the limitless sky.

Yoga allows your energies to flow better. Stuck energies, pain and diseases can dissolve themselves gently finding your way back into your inner center. Yoga gives you the time to relax deeply, to let go and to find inner peace.

My style of teaching is very introspective as for me Yoga is a spiritual path that allows you to stay on track, to understand your needs, to feel your power and softness at the same time, to be present and aware to live a fulfilling life.
